Jeanine Agnolet has been a recognizable face of the Mid-Hudson Valley for over thirty years. She began her career as a television news anchor and reporter and decided to stay and raise her family here. She has travelled to every corner of the region as a journalist and has a genuine connection with those who wish to migrate north from the city in order to find their future here--as she did back in 1993.
Jeanine is known as “The News Lady,” the president of her own media and marketing company and chose to acquire her real estate license as an extension of her business--with the goal of helping others find their forever home as she did in 2013. Jeanine and her family searched for their home for over a decade and finally found an historic property in Beekman, NY, where she resides with her husband, two daughters and golden retriever, Riley. She is particularly knowledgeable about historic homes and renovation, having learned the hard way through the painstaking process of renovating their own 200-year-old home for more than a year. A strong believer in the importance of preserving our local and national history, she has also navigated the process of placing her home on the National Registry of Historic Places.
Jeanine and her husband, unfortunately, had many negative experiences with real estate agents, inspectors and lawyers in the past, so she strives to be an agent of a different sort, one who is professional, ethical and honest, delivering expert service and giving each client the time they deserve in order to fully understand their needs and wants. As a business owner for over 15 years, Jeanine knows the importance of making herself available. She actually answers her phone and listens to what you have to say. She would love to help you move on!
